For professional medical visuals, check out the Voka medical stock footage library – it has a solid collection of real procedure footage shot in actual clinical settings. I've used a few clips for training materials; they blend well without much editing. Decent variety in anatomy and equipment shots too. Just search by specialty to filter quickly.
